Privacy policy
The data controller is the entity named under “Company information” (“we”). Contact for all data matters: studio@framebyglitch.com.
What we process and why
- Contact (email, phone, the “Brief composer”). The brief composer runs entirely in your browser, it only pre-fills a message in your own email app; this website sends and stores nothing. Data you share in correspondence (e.g. name, email address, message content) is processed to reply, prepare an offer and deliver the work (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep it for the duration of the correspondence and cooperation, plus applicable limitation periods.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc. (USA), automatically records standard server logs (IP address, date and time, requested resource, browser) to keep the site secure and stable (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted automatically per the provider's policy. Data may be processed on servers in the USA under EU standard contractual clauses.
- Fonts. Typefaces may be loaded from Google Fonts servers (Google Ireland Ltd.), which involves transmitting your IP address to Google (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If fonts are self-hosted on our server, no data is transmitted to third parties.
- Analytics (optional). If Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) is active on this site, it runs only after your consent given in the banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Data is statistical; IP addresses are truncated. You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. If we use cookieless analytics instead (e.g. Plausible), it sets no cookies and does not identify users.
Recipients
Our hosting and email providers and, only with your consent, Google. We do not sell personal data and we perform no profiling or automated decision-making.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing). You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; our lead authority is the Polish DPA, Prezes UODO (uodo.gov.pl), and EU residents may also contact their local authority.
Visitors from outside the EU
We do not sell or “share” personal information within the meaning of US state privacy laws (e.g. CCPA/CPRA). Data requests: studio@framebyglitch.com.
